Born on April 12, 1984, in Abakan, Republic of Khakassia. In 2006, he graduated from the Siberian State Aerspace University named after Academician M.F. Reshetnev majoring in marketing.
In 2000, he became a member of the Krasnoyarsk Regional Public Children and Youth Organization “Foundation of the Kiokeshinkay Karate-do.”
On February 13, 2013, he was elected Chairman of the Krasnoyarsk Regional Public Children and Youth Organization “Foundation of the Kiokeshinkay Karate-do.”
